The user must specify his or her name (possibly his or her User name), include the link to the contentious content, describe precisely the content whose removal is requested (in particular the title, date and time of the content posted online), the reasons for which removal is requested and any other element supporting the merits of his or her request.
4. HYPERTEXT LINKS
