The accompaniment and support in the daily legal and administrative problems of the entrepreneurs but also of the private individuals wishing to launch out in the adventure of entrepreneurship, seems to us today to be more than necessary.

The number of business start-ups is at its highest level ever measured by INSEE.

The support and the connection with partners, lawyers, chartered accountants and bailiffs who defend the same principles as us and who understand the mutation and the changes resulting from digitalization seem to us fundamental for a democratized access to the law.

Frédéric Dupuy

CFO

Frédéric has 25 years of experience as a CFO in companies or as an independent consultant. He started his experience with the Gregoire Industrial Group (24) and then, after a period in the metallurgical industry at MECALIX, he joined CITLOG in 2000, a high-tech company in the fields of video image processing and road safety. He participated in several fund-raisings and in the creation of foreign subsidiaries. He continued as CFO and member of the CODIR of GMV Conseil, a Marketing Research and Consulting firm in Paris.

Back in his hometown, Marseille, as General Secretary, he participated in the growth and acquisition of CLICPOSTAL by Planet Cards. Frédéric became a part-time CFO and assisted start-ups and SMEs with their daily problems.

Etienne de Fontainieu

CEO

Etienne has been working in the digital industry for 20 years and has a solid experience in creating new businesses and managing innovative projects. He has worked at the Journal du Net as a researcher and at Lycos Bertelsmann (Europe's leading search engine) as a partnership manager. In 2001 he joined the seed fund CII Participations (a subsidiary of Vivendi Net) as a consultant. In 2005, he managed a web agency in Paris for 8 years.

He then became marketing director of SafeBrands (a company specialized in the protection and securing of brands on the Internet). He became a specialist in legal issues related to digital technology and co-founded Legalcity.

Benjamin Martin Tardivat

Lawyer

Benjamin Martin-Tardivat, attorney at law, specialized for more than 15 years in intellectual property law, founder and director of the firm WITETIC.
At Legalcity, Benjamin is in charge of issues related to Intellectual Property (trademark registration and monitoring, prior art searches), service contracts (GTCs / UGCs) and the compliance of our clients' privacy policies (RGPD).

Ivan Kasic

Lawyer

Doctor of Law, lecturer, lawyer, mediator and arbitrator for more than 20 years, first in France, then in Quebec since 2005. Founder of IK-LEGAL, a boutique law firm specializing in international business law, commercial litigation, mediation and arbitration. President of Legalcity Inc. and Justicity Inc., the first online private court.

The origin of Legalcity is based on the principle that access to the law, to documentation and to legal acts, should be available to all and not only to those people or organizations that can afford to hire lawyers or specialists immediately.

The judicialization of exchanges could not escape the digitalization of the latter. The risk is to find ourselves once again with a significant gap between citizens, VSEs/SMEs and large organizations in terms of access to the various disciplines of law.
